It was one of the

Scenes from the Super Bowl, which was not lacking in spectacle: Long before Travis Kelce was able to celebrate defending his title with the Kansas City Chiefs, the NFL professional was really angry - and briefly lost control of himself. Shortly before half-time, the almost two meter tall 34-year-old stormed towards his coach Andy Reid and came so close to him that the 65-year-old coach lost his balance for a moment.

The trigger for Sunday's scene at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas was a loss of the ball by the Chiefs at a time in the game when the 49ers were better and there was little to suggest Kansas City's third Super Bowl victory in five years. Kelce was not on the field during the situation and was obviously very upset about it. Teammate Jerick McKinnon had to intervene and the clip immediately became an internet sensation.

Reid responded calmly

But the situation did not escalate. Reid immediately turned his attention back to the game. “I had to take care of business,” he said after the success.

Both apparently took the action with humor. “I just told him how much I love him,” Kelce joked after the game. Reid also commented humorously on the situation after the Chiefs' 25:22 win against the San Francisco 49ers: "He tested my hip."
