In the mass start in Antholz, no blue-yellow biathlete finished in the top ten.

Elvira Öberg finished eleventh with two misses in the first shot, two places behind the French Justine Braisaz-Bouchet who missed four shots.

- It's such a damn shame that I ended up alone after the first league.

I ended up in the worst vacuum and it's pretty much impossible to keep up on my own.

Then in the second half of the competition, I felt that I sped up, and I'm satisfied that I turned the competition around, says Elvira Öberg, who shot three zeros after the first shoot.

One minute behind Braisaz-Bouchet in today's race.

It's the Olympics here in 2026.

- I'm not too worried about that.

It is a completely different thing to be able to do a proper acclimatization (to high altitude).

The last Olympics went well, and it went quite well, says Öberg, who won two individual Olympic silvers and a relay gold in Beijing 2022.
