In the Mixed Doubles quarter-finals, the current world No. 1 Wang Chuqin/Sun Yingsha defeated Hong Kong's Wong Chun Ting/To Hoi Kim 4-3, in which Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha did not give their opponents any chance, and only allowed their opponents to score 0 points in the whole match. In the semi-finals, Wang Chuqin/Sun Yingsha will face South Korea's Jang Woo-jin/Tian Zhi-hee, who narrowly defeated teammates Lim Jong-hoon/Shin Yu-bin 8-1 in the quarter-finals.

In the men's doubles 1/4 finals, Liang Jingkun/Yuan Licen lost one game in a row, defeated the Japanese pair Hayasuke Togami/Matsushima Terukora and advanced to the top 4. In the semi-finals, Liang Jingkun/Yuan Lichen will face another Japanese pair, Tomokazu Zhangmoto/Shinozuka Daito, who eliminated Lin Gaoyuan/Lin Shidong 1-4 in the quarter-finals.

In women's doubles, Zhang Rui/Kuo Man lost 0-3 to the multinational pair Polcano/Szokos and stopped in the top 8.
