In the Mixed Doubles quarter-finals, the current world No. 1 Wang Chuqin/Sun Yingsha defeated Hong Kong's Wong Chun Ting/To Hoi Kim 4-3, in which Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha did not give their opponents any chance, and only allowed their opponents to score 0 points in the whole match.
