Competitions were held among players from eight to 16 years old. In total, 561 chess players, including 51 Russians, took part in the Asian Blitz Championship among boys, girls, young men and women.

Earlier it was reported that the representative of Russia, Vladislav Artemyev, took first place ahead of schedule in the rapid competition as part of the Chess Stars festival.
