On Friday, Sweden will face Switzerland away from home, where Magdalena Eriksson is suspended. Another five Swedes; Filippa Angeldahl, Kosovare Asllani, Johanna Rytting Kaneryd, Lina Hurtig and Rosa Kafaji are one yellow card away from missing the final match against Spain on Tuesday.

"Somewhere you have to be smart, but it's easier said than done," Rytting Kaneryd told SVT Sport.

Filippa Angeldahl says that she will try to restrain herself.

"If it's a yellow card, it's not something I can control, then I've done what's best for the team.

Tough starting position for the Olympics

For Sweden to make it to the Olympics, they need to win their group in the Nations League. Then they need to win against Switzerland and Spain away from home, plus Spain drop points against Italy.

"It's not a great feeling to know that it's up to other teams. Unfortunately, we played it away, so it sucks, says Angeldahl and adds:

"But now we're here and the only thing we can do is focus on the last two games. We'll finish it off well with – hopefully – two wins.
