Professional footballer Agyemang Diawusie

The 25-year-old professional footballer Agyemang Diawusie has died. This was confirmed by SSV Jahn Regensburg after the club received the information from the player's personal environment. Diawusie died of natural causes. No further details were initially provided.
Since the summer, Diawusie has been playing for the club in whose youth department he had also been trained. As a professional, he also played for RB Leipzig, SV Wehen Wiesbaden, FC Ingolstadt, Dynamo Dresden, SpVgg Bayreuth and for one season at SV Ried in Austria. He made twelve appearances in the 3rd division this season, but was not in the squad for the top match against Dresden on Sunday.
