After a rough start to the season, the Anaheim ducks seem to have taken off.
Last night came the fifth straight win for the Ducks, who beat Arizona 4-3 at home in overtime.
And once again, Leo Carlsson, who was selected as number two in the NHL draft this summer, was on the scoresheet.
The 18-year-old super talent from Karlstad scored the equalizer to 3-3 at the beginning of the third period. A goal that forced extra time.
Terry became a hat-trick hero
Once there, Anaheim came two-on-one and Troy Terry scored the winning goal and completed his hat trick in the process.
Leo Carlsson has three goals and four points in six NHL games so far.
Anaheim currently ranks sixth in the Western Conference.
