Växjö Lakers Ludvig Nilsson has been reported after the game against Frölunda yesterday.

That was after a tackle at the end of the first period. This is what the Situation Room writes on SHL's website:

"With 5:53 left in the first period, the puck is played down behind the net. Frölunda player No. 43 Tom Nilsson reaches forward and chips the puck away. The Växjö player, player No. 41 Ludvig Nilsson, comes with high speed from the other side of the goal cage and only hits Nilsson's head with a tackle."

The referees did not pay attention to the situation during the match.

The Swedish Ice Hockey Association's disciplinary committee will make a decision today on possible punishment for Nilsson.

It wouldn't be the first time for the Växjö player.

Last season alone, Nilsson was suspended three times.

On November 4, after a slewfoot on Timrå's Emil Pettersson, which resulted in a two-game suspension, a knee tackle against Luleå on December 4 resulted in a three-game suspension and on March 23, against Luleå, with a new knee tackle which rendered him a four-game suspension.
