Varberg has been the last team in the table for large parts of the Allsvenskan season. However, the hope of survival is still there, but then the team must avoid defeat against Djurgarden on Sunday evening.

No clear chances were lined up in the first half, but just before the half-time break, things heated up.

Felix Vá, who joined the Stockholm club in the summer, came close twice, first with his head and then with his right foot, but Fredrik Andersson made a double save.

Vá with the first hit

The second half barely got underway before the Angolan got revenge for his double miss. Oskar Fallenius got around on the right wing and played in to Vá who pushed the lead goal into the roof of the net.

Lead heavy for Varberg who right now will be relegated from Allsvenskan if the result stands.
