Just before the half-time break, Adi Nalic gave the home side the lead. Nahir Besara's corner went all the way to Nalic, who backed the ball into the net.

Besara rock-solid

Häcken looked to have worked their way back into the game after the half-time break, but instead of an equaliser, they got a penalty against them. Abdulrazaq Ishaq fouled Marc Llinares, which caused referee Glenn Nyberg to point to the penalty spot.

Team captain Nahir Besara was rock solid and put 2-0 to the home team.

A few minutes later, Häcken reduced the deficit via a nice attack. Gustafson delivered a beautiful pass to Edward Chilufya who coolly lifted the ball in behind Oliver Dovin.

"A refereeing scandal"

In the middle of Häcken's hunt for an equalizer, Nyberg was forced to blow the whistle when objects were thrown onto the pitch. When the match could be resumed, the crowd had opinions on the referee.

"Scandal scandal, a refereeing scandal," screamed parts of the audience.

Sonko saved points

Häcken looked to be heading for a heavy loss, but in the final minutes of the game, Momodou Sonko saved a point for the visitors.

Thanks to Sonko's well-placed shot, Häcken is still in the fight for an Allsvenskan gold.
