Former Frankfurt player Randal Kolo Muani has scored in the first game for his new club Paris Saint-Germain. In the convincing 4-0 (2-0) victory of the French football champions over Olympique Marseille in Ligue 1, the 24-year-old scored in the 37th minute to make it 2-0. After a post shot by former Dortmund player Achraf Hakimi, the ball had fallen at his feet in front of the empty goal.

"It was a magical and unforgettable game," said Kolo Muani after scoring his first goal. »We can be proud of ourselves.«

Top striker Kylian Mbappé caused a moment of shock. He had to be replaced after half an hour with an injury to his left foot. Coach Luis Enrique gave the all-clear after the game. "It's nothing serious. I think he will be available again soon," said the 53-year-old. Previously, the 24-year-old had scored seven goals in four league games.

The other goals for Paris were scored by Hakimi (8') and Gonçalo Ramos (47', 89'). PSG are two points behind OGC Nice and leaders Stade Brest in third place after six matchdays.

Kolo Muani had moved to the French capital for a transfer fee of 95 million euros shortly before the transfer window closed. PSG are opponents of Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League, but the second leg is not scheduled until mid-December. BVB lost the first leg 0-2 last week.
