Sarah Sjöström has taken it easy this fall and winter.

After the European Championships in Rome in August, she decided to stand over the short track season to be able to spend a little more time at home, where she, among other things, renovated her new house.

But she has not been on the lazy side of it.

She has been training almost as usual, although there have been a couple of sessions a week less than normal.

Three disciplines this weekend

Today she made a competition comeback after seven months absence.

Sjöström competes in the 50 meter butterfly, 100 meter freestyle and 50 meter backstroke at competitions in Marseille, France.

She opened by swimming the 50 butterfly and won convincingly in a new world best of 25.25, a big improvement on Louise Hansson's 25.92 mark from earlier this year.
