For the first time so far, a Swede has won the three-mile race at the World Ski Championships.

And Ebba Andersson, who finished fourth in the three-mile in 2021, did it via a display.

After barely half the race in Slovenian Planica, the 25-year-old set a pace that none of the competitors could match.

Today's successes mean that this WC is Sweden's most medal rich.

The previous record of nine medals from the WC in Falun 2015 was already touched, now the blue and yellow team has won ten.
