The Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, the Saudi Al-Nasr striker, did not take long to impose his "healthy" eating habits on his colleagues.

Less than two months after his arrival in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, the "Don's" habits were reflected in his teammates in victory, not only inside the stadium, but outside it as well, according to the British newspaper "Mirror".

The newspaper said, "Ronaldo's role is not only limited to helping the team on the sporting level by scoring goals, but also leaving a clear impact on the players behind the scenes."

And the "Don" forced his colleagues to improve their diet and training by following a strict program, according to Jose Blisa, a nutrition expert at Al-Nasr Club.

Bielsa explained, "I was thinking about the way it would be to deal with Cristiano, and there were questions in my mind about whether the club would change with him or not, but in reality I did not find a professional player like him."

He added, "Every conversation with him is like a lesson to learn from. I talked to him about his diet, and how he sees it as important for his performance. He is the first to arrive at training and the last to leave. Dealing with him is very cool."

Bielsa did not hide his gratitude to Cristiano, and continued, "He helps me a lot .. We did not teach him anything, he established a school around him, so the rest of the players do what he does in order to improve their skills, it is wonderful."

He continued, "Since he arrived to us, all the players have trained more intensively and followed a stricter diet. I have not seen a club where the players have improved by 90% physically and physically. They now have less fat and more muscle."

Al-Nasr signed a contract with Ronaldo on December 30, 2022, in a free transfer deal, with a contract that extends until the summer of 2025.
