It was last week that Södertälje's Linus Videll got a nasty injury in the match against Modo.

At the beginning of the third period, the star forward, who scored the 2–1 goal, went into the rim after a tackle by Theodor Niederbach.

Videll was left lying on the ice and was later carried out on a stretcher.

After the match came reassuring news.

- Considering the circumstances, Linus is not seriously injured.

He is tender and dazed but does not need to seek medical attention.

He has been lucky in his misfortune, said physiotherapist Adam Isik to Länstidningen.

"Will not play"

Now it is clear that he will miss this week's games.

- Linus is under investigation next week after the slap he received last Friday against MoDo.

He will not play the matches against Björklöven and Tingsryd, that is as much as we can say at the moment and then new decisions will be made based on what answers we get during the week, says sports manager Emil Georgsson about his status to the website.

Södertälje meets Björklöven on Wednesday and Tingsryd on Saturday.
