Marco Odermatt took his second gold in the WC

Earlier in February, Marco Odermatt won gold in the downhill after an impressive run.

Now he has done it again.

The Swiss Odermatt sailed past Marco Schwartz in the second run and won the gold with his run of 1.14.03.

Meanwhile, his compatriot Loic Meillard, who was 1.13 seconds behind Schwartz after the first run, took silver.

For Swedish Mattias Rönngren, the second run was less cheerful.

It looked promising for others as he came fifteenth but he could not maintain his form and came 21st.

- I'm quite disappointed, it was a really bad ride.
