There was an unexpected winner in Saturday's downhill race at the WC in France.

The advance favorites made serious mistakes and instead Jasmine Flury was able to secure the victory.

- It feels like a dream.

I hardly realize what has happened.

It's unbelievable, says the 29-year-old.

This is the 30-year-old's first WC medal.

At the same time, her national team colleague Corrine Suter finished in third place.

- It's crazy.

That's perfect.

I don't know what happens from here, but we're going to celebrate, says Flury.
