Kristianstad came to the match with eight recorded points and in a negative qualifying position.

With four straight losses and a bruised self-confidence, they also got off to a difficult start when Hallby quickly gained a two-goal lead.

Hallby continued to hold the tempo throughout the first half and went into the break with an 18-15 lead.

Kristianstad then got a good start in the second half and reduced to 17-18, but when they went for an expulsion, Hallby responded immediately by making it 19-17.

And Kristianstad never gets closer than that.

Hallby won in the end with a clear 32-26 thanks to, among other things, Emma Wahlström's nine goals.

Hallby is now getting closer to a playoff spot while Kristianstad is extending its heavy losing streak.
