Joakim Lindström reached a powerful milestone when Skellefteå extended a powerful streak

Only seven players managed to reach 500 points earlier in the SHL.

And Joakim Lindström added to that list in the first period against Malmö when he contributed to Pär Lindholm's 1-0 with an assist.

And at the end of the second period, it was time for Lindström to net himself when he made it 3-2, his first goal since October 6.

The goal meant that he passed Håkan Loob in the overall scoring league and is now seventh in the all-time scoring league.

Lindström wasn't done there, but first assisted Skellefteås 4-4 with two minutes left, and then decided in extra time.

Up to Per-Åge Skröder in sixth place, he has some way to go.

The Norwegian collected 513 points in his SHL career.

The victory was Skellefteå's eleventh in a row in the SHL.

And for Malmö it was the eleventh straight home loss.
