31-year-old boxer from Russia in Abu Dhabi (UAE) defeated the Mexican Gilberto Ramirez.
Bivol won by decision of the judges 118:110, 117:111 (two).
During his professional career, Bivol had 21 fights, in each of which he won, and he completed 11 of them ahead of schedule.
In the last fight, the Russian got the better of the Mexican Saul Alvarez.
On account of the undefeated Gilberto Ramirez - 44 fights won and one defeat.
Before moving to light heavyweight, the Mexican won the world title in the second middle category.
Bivol has previously said he is not interested in a rematch with Saul Alvarez.
