The Spanish newspaper, “Cadena Cope”, revealed a real threat facing the Spanish Football League to stop football competitions if the problem of sports law in Spain is not fixed, especially with the head of the Spanish League, Javier Tebas, hinting to stop “La Liga” if the Spanish sports law is not amended and prevents the participation of Clubs in the "Super League" warrior by a large number of European countries.

The newspaper quoted Tebas as saying: "There is a fear by the Spanish League that the agreement with the (CVC) fund will be exposed to serious danger, an agreement that would generate income of about two billion euros for the clubs."

The newspaper pointed out that Tebas called the clubs to an extraordinary meeting, next Thursday, October 27, due to the approaching passage of the Sports Law that allows the establishment of the European Super League, which threatens the “La Liga” agreement with the “CVC” investment fund.

And she continued: "If the draft amendments to the new Spanish sports law are not changed by next Thursday, Spanish football may witness a strike, and the 12th round of the Spanish League and the 13th round of the Second Division will be suspended."

It is noteworthy that the series of amendments in the new Spanish sports law left the door open for the participation of Spanish clubs in the “Super League”, in addition to allowing them to participate in local tournaments at the same time.
