The FEI writes in its decision that the rider is said to have violated the policy regarding sexual harassment and abuse.

The rider is suspended for the time being from both participating and being present at competitions or events approved or arranged by the FEI or national equestrian sports federations.

The suspension applies for two years, the rider must also pay a fine of 3,000 Swiss francs, roughly 33,000 Swedish kronor.

The rider can appeal the decision to the FEI tribunal by September 15 at the latest.
