Manchester City has dominated English league football in recent seasons, but so far they have not managed to win the Champions League.

That hunt resumes tonight when they play their first game against Spanish Sevilla away from home.

For this season, they have signed the 22-year-old Norwegian Erling Haaland, who has taken the Premier League by storm.

In six games, he has scored a mind-boggling ten goals.

Then Guardiola warns that the other players in the team must not sit back and rely on the Norwegian's goals.

- If we rely completely on Erling, we won't win the Champions League.

I understand that everyone is talking about Erling, but I have three, four, five new players and it is important that everyone adapts to us, he says.

The second highest goalscorers for Manchester City this PL season are Bernardo Silva, Ilkay Gündogan and Julian Alvarez.

But they stand on two complete hits each, to compare with Haaland's ten.

- We don't win only thanks to Erling and we don't lose only because of Erling.

He has a special quality and can solve certain problems.

But if we don't play well, we won't win games, says Guardiola.
