Julia Karlernäs became a name in Swedish football when she was a key player in the Piteå team that won the SM gold in 2018. She then made it into the national team and after a while she went to the Spanish Sevilla.

Last summer she returned to Sweden and Häcken, but now she is leaving again.

- They see me as a starting player who comes in with routine and my qualities, my physique and the ability to get into the box and fill up.

I hope I can take a role where I take responsibility and contribute with my routine, she says about her move to Como.

Karlernäs praises Häcken as a club.

- First of all, I just want to thank you for your time here.

I want to thank the club by saying that it is a fantastic club, with nice people working around and in the team.

The way we in the women's team have been treated, I just want to say, is great and an example, she says.
