Yakult professional baseball player Munetaka Murakami hit the No. 51 two-run home run in the Chunichi match held at Jingu Stadium on the night of the 4th.

Murakami started in the 4th third and hit the 51st two-run home run in the 3rd at-bat of the 6th inning, which was led by 1 to 6.

Murakami commented, "He entered the bat because he wanted to turn the tide. I'm glad I was able to return two runs."

22-year-old Murakami is the first Japanese player to hit 50 home runs in 20 years, and it will be interesting to see how much he can increase that number in the future.
