Before Saturday, the Swedes were in the lead with one point ahead of the Dutch Odile van Aanholt and Annette Duetz.

The day at Saint Margarets Bay on the Canadian East Coast started out calm, but the sea breeze eventually arrived.

- At two o'clock the wind came and we could not have dreamed of such a nice day.

12–14 knots and sunshine, says Rebecca and continues:

- For us it was perfect.

We made a good first start and had confidence in our boat speed.

We tried not to mess with it but just make sure to push the boat forward all the time.

The lead in 49erFX alternates between the Swedes and the Dutch.

On Saturday, Vilma and Rebecca got series 1-13-2 in the three races, while Odile and Annette were more even with series 4-2-3.

It was enough for the Swedes to lose the lead.

But that's nothing that worries them.

- We will just continue to focus on ours.

We have reminded ourselves all week that we can only affect ourselves and our sailing.

But with that said – if we get a chance to make it difficult for Holland, we won't hold back, says Rebecca.

The WC ends on Monday 5 September.
