The price tag for the Brazilian striker Antony is said to have corresponded to over one billion kroner.

Manchester United brought in the 22-year-old from Ajax - and on Sunday he made his debut.

Antony started against Arsenal and also scored the first goal of the match at Old Trafford, when he was set free to make it 1–0.

Arsenal, who before the game had won the first five rounds of the Premier League, would equalise.
