Dubai Sports Council celebrates Emirati Women's Day with the participation of Al-Hassani and Al-Muhairi (video)
The Dubai Sports Council celebrated Emirati Women's Day, where it organized a forum for its members at its headquarters in the Dubai Design District, in the presence of Saeed Hareb, Secretary-General of the Dubai Sports Council, Nasser Aman Al Rahma, Assistant Secretary-General, and all members of the Council and the Supreme Legislation Committee.
Reem Al-Hassani, the innovator of mountain kayaking, the first Emirati boat manufacturer, the first Emirati to create a floating gym, and founder of a sports investment company, participated in the celebration.
Saeed Hareb congratulated all the women on the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day and said: “Thanks to the approach and care of the rational leadership of the community, all our days are holidays, but there are days dedicated to important occasions and holidays on which we stop and celebrate, including the Emirati Women’s Day, who is the happiest woman on earth because she belongs to this people. She enjoys the patronage of the wise leadership, which made her a leader in society in word and deed. The UAE has become the most empowering country for women, as we have the largest number of women ministers and leaders in the most important departments of the state.

The Secretary-General of the Dubai Sports Council welcomed the "participation of two distinguished national models from our pioneering sisters, to listen to their experiences and engage in dialogue with them. An Emirati woman of determination qualifies and achieves in the world shooting championships.” At the conclusion of the celebration, the Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council honored the speakers at the forum.
The participants in the celebration enjoyed the activities and entertainment competitions organized by the Dubai Sports Council, and took memorial photos in an atmosphere full of fun and happiness. The events included medical and fitness examinations for the attendees and explanations to maintain health, fitness and physical activity.
