The Japan High School Baseball Federation and others are conducting PCR tests for the new coronavirus on members of the national high school baseball team that will be held at Koshien Stadium in the summer.



According to the Saga Prefecture Takanoren, Arita Kogyo's baseball club members who decided to participate in Koshien in the spring and summer consecutively were tested on the 29th of last month, and on the 31st of last month, it was confirmed that several members were infected with the new coronavirus. Arita Kogyo's baseball club members were scheduled to enter the lodgings in Osaka on the 2nd, but they will not enter the lodgings until the recuperation period of the member confirmed to be infected is over.
