The Finnish qualified for the European Championship finals in England by winning their qualifying group ahead of Portugal and Scotland.

Once in place in the championship, Helmarit, as the national team is called, started with a 4-1 loss against Spain in Milton Keynes.

The Finnish team is based just 20 km from the arena and has reserved a hotel in idyllic Buckingham throughout the European Championships.

It is only a few kilometers to the Silverstone F1 line.

The complex houses 49 hotel rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a gym and a ping pong table.

Unlike Sweden, Helmarit chose to live at one of the facilities that Uefa offered.

Blue-yellow has instead chosen to check in at the sumptuous Carden Park in Cheshire.

The hotel area is over 400 hectares and here you can practice archery and play tennis.

If the time is up, you can go out on an 18-hole round of golf, visit the high-altitude course or relax in the hotel's newly renovated spa area.

- It is important to feel good.

I think we will have a fantastic time out here.

The gym looks good.

Spat too.

All conditions exist, Magdalena Eriksson told SVT Sport when they landed in the UK earlier this week.
