The Spaniard Ana Peláez played great in the third round of 63 strokes and had a big lead before the decision.

She did not let go of that lead when the competition ended.

The Spaniard won the competition on 23 strokes under par and was six strokes better than the runner-up, Swedish Linnea Ström, who went the last round on 64 strokes.

- It was a great day.

It's also my mom's birthday and I had no gift for her, so I think my round works well for her instead.

I putted well and had good input on the green.

It was a perfect day, Pelaez said after yesterday's super round.

But Ström was not the only Swede who ended up in the top ten.

Linn Grant finished 14 strokes under par and was split seventh.

While Elin Arvidsson and Maja Stark shared the tenth place in 11 under par, together with the Finnish Tiia Koivisto.
