Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry has once again written American basketball history.

During the night towards Tuesday, Curry scored 21 points in a quarter, thus passing the deceased basketball star Kobe Bryant who has been noted for the feat 36 times.

-I definitely appreciate the ability to still do what I do at the level I do it at.

I feel physically good, says Curry in an interview after the match.

The match then?

It beat Golden State 122-118, after a total of 40 points from Curry.

Golden State now has six straight wins and the match winner is already looking forward to the next match.

"Hopefully we will continue on this path," he says.

Golden State will face the San Antonio Spurs in the next game while the Houston Rockets face the Cleveland Cavaliers.
