Corporate sports tournament kicks off with kayaking

Tomorrow, Saturday, the Corporate Sports Games, organized by Corporate Sports with the support of the Dubai Sports Council, will start, and will last for two days, with the participation of more than 1,000 male and female employees from private companies and government institutions.


The launch will witness the holding of various sports competitions, most notably the Dragon Boat rowing race, in the Dubai Creek Canal. It is one of the prominent additions to this edition, in which the number of sports competitions reaches 18, and will be held in 3 different locations, where the main competitions will be held. At the Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai, along with Dubai Creek and Dubai Motor City for karting competitions.


The organizing committee of the course said in a statement that it had completed all arrangements for the launch of the event, while continuing to open the door for registration until the last hours to ensure the completion of all procedures that would preserve the health and safety of all participants, through mandatory corona examinations, and the application of the highest standards at the course site to ensure the submission An integrated experience through the accompanying entertainment events that will be held, to provide the opportunity for all members of the employees' families to attend and spend an integrated sports and community day.


It is noteworthy that the course includes 18 sports competitions, namely: football, basketball, beach volleyball, cricket, badminton, table tennis, swimming, padel tennis, rowing, foosball, karting, fitness challenge, teams challenge, running, chess, Throwing arrows, bow and arrow, and electronic games, and the results will be calculated individually and collectively, provided that the winning company’s team or organization obtains the hero’s shield, which will enable it to keep it for a whole year until the next edition.
