When Sweden faced Poland in the first of two international matches on Tuesday, three debutants got wood on the blue and yellow national team uniform: Eric Johansson, Karl Wallinius and Elliot Stenmalm.

Today, two new ones got the chance.

Lugispelaren Isak Persson, 20, and Redbergslids Elliot Stenmalm, 19.

At first, Sweden offered an insecure defensive, but still managed to keep a two-goal margin against the Poles after a quarter played.

- A little unclear who will do what, said SVT Sports expert Magnus Grahn after ten minutes of play.

Blue-yellow then played up a bit and kept the lead against Poland.

Lukas Sandell and Valter Chrintz impressed with five and four goals respectively in the first half that Sweden left with a 20-15 lead.

However, the home team went down in the second half and were hollow on the defensive.

With four minutes left, Poland's Melwin Beckman was sent off and Sweden was able to refine the numbers to 30-26, via the birthday child Emil Mellegård, who here and there set his second for the day.

One of Thursday's debutants, Johansson, also got to feel the net mess.

The young left winger, who plays in Elverum on a daily basis, scored two goals.
