In the first semifinal, Syd won 6-2 against Västerbotten and in tonight's second semifinal, Nord won against Dalarna 7-3 in Mariestad.
Syd's match was even until eight minutes left (2x20 minutes match format) when Viggo Nordlund made it 4-1 and closed the match.
In Nord's settlement with Dalarna, the Stockholmers had connected the grip already after ten minutes when they led 4-2.
Nord won the meeting last autumn
In the group game, Nord won 2-0 against Syd in the group game in September.
- We have beaten them before and know how to do it, says Nords Wiktor Jerneheim, scored the 6-3 goal in powerplay tonight, to SVT Sport.
The last time the teams met in the final was in 2016 when Nord won 4-0.
- It feels very uncertain and I believe in an open final, says the expert Maria Rooth.
