The club writes on its website that the team will start in division 1 but with the clear goal of taking the step up to SDHL.

"We want to play a team with the Gothenburg touch, but see it as a long-term job," says Mikael Ström, academy manager at the club.

A vital part of the long-term work will be Kim Martin Hasson.

The 35-year-old thus leaves Linköping.

She was general manager for four seasons and this season has been goalkeeping coach and team manager.

Martin Hasson will take up his post on 1 May 2022.
