"Introduce from June 2 to July 12, 2021 in the territories of the city of St. Petersburg and the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region, as well as in the adjacent waters, enhanced security measures in connection with the events of the UEFA European Football Championship 2020," the document says published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The European Football Championship will be held in 11 European cities, including St. Petersburg, from June 11 to July 11.

Initially, the competition was supposed to take place in 2020, but was postponed for a year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Earlier it was reported that the RFU and the Russian Post will hold a competition for fans before Euro 2020.
