Sofia Goggia started the downhill season with a second place.

Then she lined up four victories before an injury stopped at the end of January.

The 28-year-old missed the World Cup but was back in time for the World Cup finals in Lenzerheide, Switzerland.

There she and the rest of the starting field were informed that Wednesday's competition was canceled.

Goggia, who topped the downhill cup, received the trophy in the morning and was able to sum up a season she is still happy with.

- I have really dominated.

I won four competitions in a row and my worst result is a second place in the first competition - so what are we talking about ?, she says.
