Because of the pandemic, fitness studios in Germany have not been allowed to be open since last November.
In mid-February, McFit had therefore presented a special hygiene concept, prepared a legal opinion and opened a total of ten outdoor gyms in tents with open sides in the parking lots in front of the studios in several federal states, including in Hamburg, Berlin and Bremen.
In the days after the openings, McFit had to gradually close its outdoor gyms again by order of the respective regulatory authorities. But now McFit won a decisive victory in court.
