  Since CITIC Group is a shareholder of Beijing Zhonghe Guoan Football Club and holds 36% of the shares, the name of Beijing Guoan cannot be recognized as a neutral name.

If you want to keep the name of Guoan, the only solution is for CITIC to sell its shares.
