The Football Association conducts 1670 corona swabs for members of national teams

The UAE Football Association said that the federation medical staff conducted 1670 medical swabs for the Corona virus for members of the technical and administrative bodies, the players of our first, junior and beach national teams, football evaluators and referees, match observers and coordinators in accordance with the approved protocol for match operations, in addition to the visiting teams “Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Syria Lebanon, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan "upon their arrival in the state.



The Football Association was keen to attach its medical staff to a training workshop on the mechanism of conducting swabs for the Covid-19 virus, "Corona", in cooperation with Tamouh Health Services.



The Secretary-General of the Football Association, Muhammad Abdullah Hazam Al Dhaheri, indicated that “the participation of doctors and therapists from the federation’s medical staff in the training workshop aimed at developing their capabilities by training them in the process of conducting medical examinations for the Coronavirus and all the steps related to it, starting from the registration process and how to take swabs to The stage of sending swabs to one of the approved laboratories, which saved a lot of time and effort.
