"Given the circumstances, the club has requested that the match be postponed due to the fact that there is not the minimum number of A-team players required for a competitive match," the club announced in a statement.

Sixth-placed Granada were in Cyprus this week for games in the Europa League and have had several players and leaders away due to covid-19 disease.

According to Granada, the club has been recommended to go to San Sebastian and the meeting with the league leader with players who were not in Cyprus and who showed a negative covid-19 test.

Granada went with 19 players to the meeting with Omonia on Thursday which the Spaniards won 2-0.

No match in La Liga this autumn has been postponed due to the pandemic.
