Stockholm was the best team initially and also received a dividend just over halfway into the period.

Team captain Oliva Sohrner scored the goal, almost entirely on her own.

Sohrner, on a daily basis in AIK in SDHL, came loose on the right wing and got past two players before she put the puck in goal.

- I just felt like I was pulling and it went all the way, Sohrner says to SVT Sport.

Småland turned to 2-1

But the lead did not last long.

Not even a minute later it was acknowledged, and it was the points queen Mira Markström who found the net.

Hilda Svensson, whose big brother Joel Svensson scored two goals when Småland won the bronze match earlier today, tricked his opponent at the edge, turned up and hit a nice crossbar to Markström who was placed at the far post and put 1-1 in powerplay.

The goal was Markström's sixth in this TV puck.

"Markström has everything"

Småland would also make it 2-1 before the period ended.

With a rock hard shot in the castle, Jenna Raunio put 2-1 in powerplay, nicely played by Mira Markström who thus made her fourth assist.

- We had pp and I got a nice pass from Mira and just tried to push it in, says Raunio during the period break.

How much does Mira Markström mean to you?

- She is a fantastic hockey player.

She has everything.

In the second period, Hilda Svensson scored her eighth point in this year's TV puck when she put 3-1, also in numerical superiority.

Stockholm then chased a reduction goal in vain, but Småland tore hard and instead Jenna Rauno scored her second goal until 4-1.

The goal was the last of the match and Småland celebrated with a classic TV puck pile when the final signal sounded.
