At Roland-Garros,
The hug lasted a long time.
And did not really respect the barrier gestures.
But no one will blame them.
Diego Schwartzman and Dominic Thiem offered us THE match of the fortnight, this Tuesday evening, at the Roland-Garros Central.
It was finally the Argentinian who won after 5:08 in a thick brute fight, in which every game, and even every point, was torn off with the force of the wrist.
đ€Żđ„ POINT OF THE DAY ALERT!
What a shot from Dominic Thiem on Diego Schwartzmann's set ball!

There have been many reversals of the situation.
In the first set, Thiem broke the first but finally gave in to the decisive game.
In the third, it was Schwartzman who led 5 games to 3, and got a set point at 5-4, before the Austrian took him in the tie-break.
Finally at the end of the fourth round, Thiem approached three times two points from qualifying.
In vain.
The Argentinian has never let go.
âIn the second and third set, I almost went crazy!â He admitted afterwards.
I missed opportunities, I was nervous.
But my coach made me understand to play and that's it.
The tie-break in the fourth set was incredible, and then I was able to conclude, he was a little tired.
It's an exceptional match, which can take me a step further.
"
âDiego deserved his victory, so everything is fine!
"
His opponent had a hard time showing himself to be disappointed.
The knocker of Hugo Gaston in the previous round was happy to have fought this battle and that his friend also tastes the joys of a last four of the Grand Slam tournament.
âIt was a fantastic game, the first of my life in over five hours,â he said.
Diego deserved his victory, so all is well!
He will enter the top 10, it is a big accomplishment for him to get there.
We were both at the end of it, so I'm disappointed but happy for him.
"
To hear his reaction at the end of the match, the audience enjoyed it as much as the two men.
Nobody wanted this to stop, except perhaps Rafael Nadal, last scheduled on the Philippe-Chatrier and who was wondering what time he was going to be able to enter the court.
At least he will have been able to see that his future opponent - if he beats the astonishing Jannik Sinner of course - is in great shape.
Notice, he didn't really need it.
Schwartzman just beat him in Rome.
