Before the historic meeting between Real Madrid and Barcelona, Sofia Jakobsson and Sandra Panos had graced the cover of the Spanish newspaper Marca.
But despite the great interest in the match, there was again a big class difference between the giants.

Despite Sofia Jakobsson fronting the cover for Marca, she could only watch from the bench when Barcelona's Patricia Guijarro put 1-0 for the guests after 17 minutes.
It was the half-time result but the uphill became steeper already shortly into the second when Real Madrid's goalkeeper extended Barcelona's lead further.
With 20 minutes left, Sofia Jakobsson finally got in, but instead of forcing forward, Barcelona scored their fourth and final goal.
A fall forward
Kosovar Asllani was in the starting eleven for the white-clad but was replaced after 83 minutes of play.
Last season was interrupted due to the corona pandemic and then Real Madrid (Tacón) was tenth in the league while Barcelona was first in the table.
