It has been a turbulent summer for Per-Anders Gustafsson.

His leadership has been criticized while others have stepped forward and defended him.

In July, the Nomination Committee sent a letter to Per-Anders Gustafsson in order to explain why the Nomination Committee had not proposed Gustafsson as the new chairman prior to the union meeting on 5 September.

Marsh bank advocated

In the letter, which Idrotten's Affärer was the first to report on and which SVT Sport read, the Nomination Committee writes that after talks with more than 100 people, a number of views have emerged that make him unsuitable for re-election.

Instead, the nomination committee chose to recommend Jesper Kärrbrink as the new chairman.

Distributes the areas of responsibility among themselves

But today, after Gustafsson and Kärrbrink had an information meeting for the bandy association's members, Gustafsson confirmed to Bandypuls that they will both present a proposal that Gustafsson will remain chairman with Kärrbrink becoming vice chairman.

The two must have different areas of responsibility divided between them.

Gustafsson was asked by Bandypuls how he sees the possibilities for the proposal to be voted through at the annual meeting later today.

- Very good, he replied then.
