Yesterday in Dubai, the National Anti-Doping Committee and the Arab Cycling Federation signed a Memorandum of Understanding, in the presence of Sheikh Faisal bin Hamid Al Qasimi, President of the Arab Federation, and Dr. Rima Al Hosani, Chairman of the National Anti-Doping Committee. Dr. Rima Al Hosani said, in a press statement, that the agreement is the first of its kind between the committee and a sports federation, and that it would contribute to opening the way for other federations to benefit from the specialized aspects of the committee in combating doping. She added: The agreement supports joint cooperation and means of training, education and continuing education for athletes and technical cadres, on combating doping. And she continued: A comprehensive meeting with the sports federations and the committee will be prepared soon, to start a new phase of development.
