"Infection control Skåne and Infektionskliniken Helsingborg have today issued a sharp recommendation to HIF not to conduct football activities until further notice (until the infection situation has been established)," writes HIF on its website.
HIF has now courted the Swedish Football Association to have the match postponed.
"Therefore, HIF has sent a request for transfer of the match against Djurgårdens IF to the competition committee", the club writes.
The club has been hit hard by covid-19. Six players in the U-team have tested positive. In addition, two players in the A squad have tested positive for covid-19 while other players show symptoms.
The club also has a sporting crisis and is last in the Allsvenskan.
