At JSM in Norrköping, Uppsalakastaren struck with the second longest record of his career: 59.43.

The throw was enough for a clear JSM gold, but also clubmate Caisa-Marie Lindfors impressed with a new personal best of 57.19 which was enough for a silver medal.

Vanessa Kamga, who made her World Cup debut in Qatar last year, has this year thrown 23rd longest in the world.
