Strike over deferred wages

According to the Italian press, the player is on strike to protest against the wage gap from March to June. This deferral of payments allows Juve, financially very affected, to manage the coronavirus crisis more calmly. In detail, the group of players and the coaches have agreed to give up their wages over this period, and two and a half months will be carried over to the next 2020-2021 season. According to the Gazzetta dello Sport , the young international would wait, while collective training should resume on May 18.

Rabiot's departure this summer?

Another question arises: is this new sparkle a decision of Adrien Rabiot or of a very influential entourage? The daily La Stampa specifies that it is the mother, and agent, of the young player, Véronique Rabiot, who would be behind this approach. The influence of the latter is no longer to prove: it was she who had pushed the clash with PSG resulting in the layoff of the medium until the end of the 2018/2019 season.

Juventus is said to be very angry, even "irritated by this lack of professionalism". The French player is expected from Wednesday at the club. This new affair could seal the fate of Adrien Rabiot, while the Italian newspapers already mentioned his departure this summer and that the French environment has struggled to win with his coach Maurizio Sarri, since his arrival in Italy. The Frenchman's annual remuneration is 8 million euros.
